INDIVIDUAL FINGER EXERCISE

Start by holding the ball in this horizontal position.
Use your INDEX and THUMB to pinch the ball. Hold for 2 seconds.

Use your MIDDLE FINGER and THUMB to pinch the ball. Hold for 2 seconds.

Use your RING FINGER and THUMB to pinch the ball. Hold for 2 seconds.

Finally, use your PINKY and THUMB to pinch the ball. Hold for 2 seconds.
Repeat this process for each finger 10 times.

THUMB AND PINKY

Use your thumb and pinky to hold and squeeze the ball in this position.
Only use these 2 fingers for this exercise.
Squeeze 20 times.

THUMB WORK

Hold the ball vertically and ONLY use your thumb to press into the ball.
Squeeze 20 times
Hold each squeeze for 2 seconds.

PRONGED FINGER SQUEEZE

Use your finger tips to squeeze the ball in this upright position.
Feel your finger tips trying to dig into the ball.
Squeeze 30 times
